With the aim of guaranteeing competence and reliability, Scrigno has subjected its products to performance tests carried out by the Istituto Giordano in compliance with UNI and ISO standards and aimed at obtaining relevant certification regarding certain basic features.

Products for interior use:

• Resistance to impact by a soft body in compliance with point 2 of UNI 8201 standards.
• Resistance to impact by a hard body in compliance with point 4 of UNI 8201 standards.
• Calculation of the static load capacity with a concentrated load.
• Calculation of the static load capacity with a distributed load.
• Calculation of the static load capacity of the sliding hangers and the supporting track.
• Mechanical test to calculate load and movement stress during opening and closing.
• Calculation of the soundproofing capacity of the wall frame for concealed sliding door panels.
• Calculation of the soundproofing capacity of the sliding panel.

Products for exterior use:

• Resistance to impact by a soft body in compliance with point 2 of UNI 8201 standards.

Scrigno guarantees that all frames for sliding doors, windows, shutters and grating are produced in compliance with the quality standards set in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9002 ed. 1994 standards.

1. Scrigno guarantees all metal box frame components, which are in aluminium zinc alloy, against rust for 12 years from production date, providing they are installed in private or public areas or in any case, in areas destined to be used by people.
2. Scrigno guarantees the hanger kit against breakages for 12 years, specifying the maximum load at:
   • 80 kg for door frames
   • 180 kg for frames for external door
   • Scrigno guarantees the anodised aluminium track for 12 years.

The unique nature of Scrigno can be seen directly on the products that always carry the trade name. In fact, the main frames components are branded (on Scrigno products for interiors the brand name is on the sides, the jamb, the hangers and the floor guides, whereas on Scrigno products for exteriors it is on the sides and the hangers). The authenticity certificate and guarantee certificate are further proof of Scrigno original products.
