Since it was founded, Scrigno has always placed particular importance on the quality of its offer and in the changes that the culture of quality has brought in terms of market demand.
Since UNI EN ISO 9002 certification in 1996, the company has moved towards greater coherence that aims at constantly improving the performance of its production processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
In October 2003, the company underwent checks by the certifying body SGS regarding compliance to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000) standards and its quality certification for the “design and production of frames for concealed sliding doors and windows” was renewed.
Scrigno considers this to be yet another important step on the road to improvement, in order to be always be in tune with the demands of both the market and its business partners, as well as increasing the efficiency of its own management system.
Moving from a “system of guaranteed quality” to a “system of quality management” is extremely stimulating for the development of the “management of processes”.
